How Can I Help
When we suffer from anxiety and depression or are locked into all sorts of negative feelings and behaviours, we lose our ability to think. Everything becomes too overwhelming. We can go into spiral, not being able to think properly about what is really going on. This affects our self-esteem and we get stuck and trapped in negativity.
Some of these feelings and behaviours can be difficult to think about, because they are unconscious, rooted in our past experiences and relationships.
How Therapy with me works:
- You will get to understand your negative patterns and coping strategies so that you can free yourself from anxiety, stuckness and negative emotions.
- Transform your relationship dynamics so you can begin to improve.
- Feel more secure and confident as you self-esteem grows. You manage to establish boundaries and effectively handle the expectations of others.
