I have gone through a five year intensive psychotherapy training at WPF, one of the leading training centres for psychotherapists in the country. I hold a Post-graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from Roehampton University. I have been involved in the field of Psychology since 2007 having done a great deal of research in mental health. I have worked within WPF Therapy, Private Practice and NHS Homerton Psychotherapy Unit. I have worked with people from a variety of different backgrounds and suffering from different psychological issues such as depression, chronic fatigue, anxiety and panic attacks, addiction (sexual, gambling, drugs), sexual abuse, eating disorder, trauma, grief and bereavement. I have also volunteered for the Samaritans providing emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress, despair or suicidal thoughts.?I have a BSc in Psychology from Metropolitan University.?I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their ethics, standards and practices.
