About

I have gone through a five year intensive psychotherapy training at WPF, one of the leading training centres for psychotherapists in the country. I hold a Post-graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from Roehampton University. 

I have been involved in the field of Psychology since 2007 having done a great deal of research in mental health. I have worked within WPF Therapy, Private Practice and NHS Homerton Psychotherapy Unit for several years. 

I have also volunteered for the Samaritans providing emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress, despair or suicidal thoughts.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their ethics, standards and practices.
